Notice to Patients
If you have, or are showing signs of cold/flu like symptoms and have been to the Wuhan province in China within the last 2 weeks, or have been in contact with someone who has travelled there within the last month PLEASE DO NOT come to the surgery. Please telephone the surgery and book for a telephone consultation or contact NHS 111.
GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:
- book or cancel appointments online
- renew or order repeat prescriptions online
- view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations and previous illnesses
- view test results
We recommend seeing the same Doctor for continuity.
Please note that due to the complicated nurses system you cannot book nurses appointment online. please contact the nurses reception to book these in.
You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time. More information including “how to” leaflets and videos of patients and why they are using GP online services are available at www.nhs.uk/gponlineservices
