Hand and Wrist at Sussex MSK 

To access most of our community services at present you will need to be referred through your GP.  However if you are experiencing symptoms in your hand or wrist and you feel you could benefit from speak to one of our expert clinicians then you can self-refer into the service through the link below.  Once you have completed you application your referral will be looked at within two working days by a senior clinician. On the basis of the information you have given us we will either phone you or contact you by letter to arrange an initial telephone consultation or to invite you for an appointment. You can self-refer if you are registered with a GP practice in Crawley, Horsham, Mid Sussex or Brighton and Hove. You will have heard from us within 4 weeks, but usually well before this time.
